Therefore, when using the laser cutting machine in summer, pay attention to the cooling preparation of the equipment. In high temperature conditions, people will suffer from heat stroke, and machinery is no exception. Only by preventing heat stroke and maintaining the laser cutting machine can the service life of the equipment be extended.

Water cooling equipment

Water cooler is an essential cooling device for laser cutting machines. In high-temperature environments, the coolant deteriorates quickly. It is recommended to use distilled water and pure water as coolant. During use, it is necessary to regularly clean the scale attached to the laser and the pipe to prevent the accumulation of scale from causing blockage of the coolant and affecting the cooling of the laser. The water temperature of the coolant should not be too different from the room temperature to avoid condensation due to excessive temperature difference. As the temperature gradually becomes higher in summer, the working pressure of the cooling system of the laser cutting machine increases sharply. It is recommended to check and maintain the internal pressure of the cooler before the high temperature comes. , timely adjustment to adapt to high temperature weather.

Each transmission part needs to be wiped and dusted frequently to ensure that the equipment is clean and tidy, so that the equipment can run more smoothly. Lubricating oil needs to be added between the guide rails and gears, and the filling time interval should be adjusted. It should be about twice as short as in spring and autumn. And frequently observe the oil quality. For machinery working in high-temperature areas, the viscosity grade of the engine oil should be appropriately increased. The temperature of grease oil is easy to change, so the oil should be refueled appropriately to ensure lubrication and no debris. Carefully check the straightness of the cutting table and track of the laser cutting machine and the verticality of the machine. If any abnormalities are found, perform maintenance and debugging in a timely manner.

Line check

Check and replace worn out wires, plugs, hoses and connectors. Check whether the pins of the connectors of each electrical component are loose and tighten them in time to avoid poor contact causing electrical burnout and unstable signal transmission.
